“My most recent trip to Leroy's was yesterday. As always, he had my poor little car up and going in short order, at a fair price, and with a smile to boot. I've been taking my cars to Leroy for more years than I can count up, and have never once felt overcharged, misdiagnosed, or mistreated in any way. Both he and his work are reliable. My dad was a mechanic, and while I'm no expert, I do know enough to smell a rat after while. Leroy has done a fine job of keeping our various vehicles in good shape over the years, and is great about giving me a heads up when something is going to need attention in the near future. In the medical world, this is called "anticipatory guidance." In the car world, it's called keeping you from breaking down on the side of the road. There are three people who cannot retire before I die -- my doctor, my dentist, and my mechanic.
