“Last Friday I was in Lexington, Va and my "Check Engine" light came on. I stopped by a (Ford) dealership to have the code checked on my Kia and was told what it was (#3 cylinder misfire) . After checking several automotive repair shops (all too busy to look at it) I came across TIMBER RIDGE AUTOMOTIVE. These people are honest, extremely fair priced and fixed my vehicle within a few hours and it's actually running better now than in years. They did what was requested and offered me hot coffee !! If I lived in the area, they would be my go to repair shop. THANK YOU TIMBER RIDGE for all you did for me and getting me back on the road !!”

“We wanted to start my retirement by spending a year traveling around the country in a 2002 Toyota Sienna with ~190K miles. After 6000 miles, which started in CA, I took it to change the oil in Asheville, NC and was told that they wouldn't do the job since I needed a new valve cover gasket. I knew I had a small leak but figured I might as well get it done. Shortly thereafter, I found myself in Lexington for a week and decided to get the gaskets changed. Being new to the area, I went to Yelp, and after two or three calls, I spoke with Chad of Lee's Auto and explained what I wanted.He asked all the right questions, which I expected he should have given I had watched about 7 videos on changing the gasket on a V6 and came up with a good estimate, which gave me an appt for the next Monday. Nevertheless, I was apprehensive when I took it in, and he had it done before lunch and stuck to the estimate.While driving it back after the change, I smelled the usual oil fumes and hoped they would go away the next day when I was to leave for PA. It did, and we are back on the road.This is to say that Chad did a bang-up job, with very little social interaction and just straight-up professionalism. Thank you, Chad, for helping us continue our journey.”

“I did not think this place would taste that good. Tore up the food before i got to my truck had to turn around and go get more. THANK GOD I DIDNT STOP AT PETRO OR PILOT FOR FAST FOOD CHAIN GMOS WENDYS BURGERKING ETC. They close 10pm. White guy is not friendly. Portions kind of skimpy. Price is you guessed it lol. Location good. Service kind of slow. Taping the box is mad extra. Forgot to take pic of menu. The broccoli & green beans were good. Catfish & tenders were good. THE PLACE IS INSIDE GAS STATION. ITS CALLED CHAPPYS CHICKEN.”
