Rockbridge Farmers Coop., Inc.

Hardware Stores
Hours: Rockbridge Farmers Coop., Inc. is a trusted local business known for its helpful staff and quality services. The coop replaced a homeowner's entire HVAC system in 2020, with Benny and his crew completing the job in a day and doing an excellent installation. When the A/C system unexpectedly quit in June 2025, quick action was taken—Jenny scheduled an appointment, and Kenny arrived promptly, diagnosing and fixing the issue efficiently with the necessary part. Customers appreciate the staff’s friendliness and responsiveness. The coop also offers auto repair services; one customer was quickly helped with their car, returning to the road within half an hour at a reasonable price. The business is also a reliable source for feed, with long-time customers noting their satisfaction, although they miss a favorite delivery driver. Despite being slower than big box stores, the coop’s staff is helpful and willing to assist customers in finding items and handling large deliveries, such as a wood shop tool transferred from an 18-wheeler to a vehicle with no hassle. Overall, Rockbridge Farmers Coop. is valued for its helpful staff, quality service, and community presence.
