Always are treated with respect and courtesyToday my husband stopped in - we had two cases (3 different sizes) of furnace filters- we did not have our receipt- that we needed/wanted to return because our 45 year old furnace conked out and was replaced - not only did they trust us, ( because they know their customers!) they did an even exchanged for the two size filters that we use to need for the ones we now need for the new furnace. You won’t that find that customer service or treatment at a big box store!Thank you!”
