While on a 9+ hour drive during a heatwave with a toddler my cars air conditioner compressor stopped working. Timber ridge squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road very quickly.

Back in April on our way home to Canada, one of our brake lines broke. Fortunately we were minutes away from the auto center.
