Great experience so far. Got a unit closer to where we were by accident so that was convenient. And their receptionist was awesome she was very informative had great communicated skills and got us in and out very quickly or unit was clean and actually bigger than I was expecting. It was also nice being able to make a reservation because I only had one unit left and I desperately needed it The lady on the phone was very informative as well with great customer service, and Was able to hook us up.

I’m using the facility once again and I realize that this is one of the cleanest places in Lexington or Rockbridge county area. I just choose to have my belongings to a clean place with no bugs mice or any type of rodents. They work hardto keep it that way. Thankfully, I needed a smaller space this time instead of the large one.

Stored an RV for over a year. Never had any security issues or invasion by rodents. Lot was always clean. Behind the desk folks always friendly and helpful. The storage rent became pricey so we were looking for other options until we sold the RV. I recommend except the price went up to $130 a month from $80.
