I really appreciated how understanding they were—communicating clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work was done quickly and flawlessly. “These guys handled the rear differential rebuild on my F150 and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. It needed a full rebuild and the price came out to less than a reman'd axle (which wouldn't have included install labor either). Had a few conversations with James Jr and you can tell that he is passionate about his/his shops work and strives for perfection. I will definitely be back if I need anymore drivetrain work.”

“I live just down the road and today my valve insert came loose after using my air compressor to fill up the tires on my truck. I didn’t have the right tool to tighten it so I stopped by Striblings. As soon as I walked in Larry greeted me and was ready to help. They helped me fix my leak in 5 min and didn’t charge me a dime.
My dad told me everyone at his church has nothing but nice things to say about this place and now I see why. 10/10 recommend!”

“The absolutely best group of people to have working on your car. Every person that I had an interaction with was so sweet and knowledgeable. My service advisor was Mike and he explained everything in detail to me and answered all of my ridiculous questions without judgement. I wasn’t able to make it before closing to pick up my car, but they made arrangements to make sure I got my car back tonight. On top of it all, they finished a whole week earlier than expected. They even washed my car. It was the nicest my car has been in such a long time. I’m so so grateful for the team at Caliber. Thank you for working on my car and taking the best care of it! “About a month ago we were on trip from NC to northern VA when we noticed a terrible rear axle seal leak on the rear of our 36 foot Class A motorhome. It was late afternoon and we couldn’t drive it any further, so we stopped at a rv park and started making phone calls. Long story short, we connected with Albert at JD Newman truck repair and he handled getting our unit towed to their shop the next morning. They had pre-ordered the part and had us back on the road by the afternoon. They even lent me a vehicle so my wife and I could go and get lunch as we weren’t towing a car. I can’t say enough good things about how professional and gracious they were to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing big truck or motorhome repairs in the area. A forever grateful customer!!”
“Outlaw Motorsports did a terrific job sourcing, ordering and installing a lift kit on my F150. I honestly could not be happier with the results and the process. I called and spoke with Matt on the phone, gave him the application details and described the kind of lift I wanted. Matt figured out the parts manifest and ordered the kit that would fit my specific year and trim. I showed up for my appointment and right on schedule Matt and Steve took the truck and got to work. The install by Steve was quick, the 4-wheel alignment feels very precise and the ride quality is everything I had hoped for. Part of that is certainly the high-quality lift that Matt recommended but I'm really happy with Outlaw Motorsports after driving the truck for a few hours.”
“I called in because my car was making a grinding sound when I was turning. They were able to schedule me for a few days later. When I arrived for my appointment, they were all friendly and it only took about 15-20 mins for them to diagnose it. The brakes were bad. They gave my the quote and informed me it could be done ASAP. Went ahead and approved it to move forward and I was out of there by 3pm. Didn't hear a noise anymore and the brakes felt great. Speedy, reliable, and most importantly trustworthy. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything more than what I needed. As a young, single, female that is important to me when I'm going to a mechanic. Thank you all, I will refer you to everyone I know!!”

“Nate and Derrick helped me out with a knock sensor issue I was having with my 98 Civic. They were very professional and had great communication throughout the entire process of diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car. The price I had in mind that I was going to pay was actually way less then I anticipated. Their pricing is fair and they're knowledge of Japanese cars is very impressive. I was more than happy with the work they did on my car. I would definitely recommend these guys and their shop. Your car will be in good / capable hands.”

“Exceptional business. I'd been struggling to find someone to replace the hydraulic brakes with electric on an older utility trailer I have. Jim was quick to get back to me, explain my options over the phone, and then discuss it in person. He didn't balk at all and was very thorough in explaining the plan and its associated expenses. The trailer needed some serious work to be deemed safe and it was all done with impeccable professionalism. The work was quality and EXTREMELY quick, which helped tremendously.

“Caught a screw in my tire hours away from my house.Searching the internet for a place to go and spotted Integrity Automotive across the street. Pulled in and told them what was going on and they took me right in. 20 mins later I was lugged and back on the road. Even offered me the screw as a a momento! lol

After reading several reviews, it’s puzzling that they find the lady at the front to be rude or unkind, that has not been my experience at all, in fact it’s the opposite. “I took my wife’s 6.7 superduty to get some work done it was the fuel pump upgrade and delete some things and tune.. they did it for a great price and my truck wasn’t there a year it was a couple days if that. and Brenda was nice and so was Brad. They aren’t not racists either so whoever is playing race card is probably trying to get everything for free and they said no. Brad is great mechanic he s better than most of the diesel mechanics in the area. I’ve been to them all and ones like “hours after diesel “ I said it wrong on purpose you know who I’m talking about they leave all kinds of stuff loose and ready to fall apart 5 min down the highway I like them they are nice but they leave a lot unfinished for other mechanics to fix”
“Put a "street ratio" gear box in my BSA WD B40 which had a very "low ratio" trials type gear box. Mounted new tyres. Randy is really good at what he does!”

“We travel in a full size class A RV with 22.5" wheels. A few years ago I had a slow leak and took the RV to the Brandy Station store. They fit me in, handled the leak quickly, charged a reasonable fee and i was on my way. Yesterday I was back as the RV had developed a wheel balance shimmy. The tires were only about 1,000 miles old. I live in Nevada so the tires were not from Rice. Again, they fit me in, gave me an estimate of how long it would take and met absolutely everything. The people at the desk, the mechanics are all easy to talk to and helpful. I really cannot imagine what they could have done better. If you need tire service or to buy tires, Rice is the place. Thanks to all at the Brandy Station store.”
