“I want to thank everyone at Bills body shop for the work they have done on my vehicle. I want to most definitely thank Ray for his outstanding communication and being very helpful throughout the entire process of my truck being in the shop. I will most definitely be going back to him and his crew for any work that needs to be done to my vehicle. And I also recommend anyone to go to Bills Body shop in Lively Virginia.”

“The guys at Classic Collision went above & beyond with customer service when we needed a front bumper replaced. From the moment we first met them, they were extremely warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked in an extremely timely manner, and kept us updated on when parts arrived, service began, and when my car was ready to be picked up. The work they did on my car looks phenomenal, and I swear it even drives better since they worked on it. I highly recommend going here for auto body and car repair needs. I would give them 6 stars if I could!”

“NAPA is always a good destination for vehicle parts. The knowledge of staff here is matched by none. Even if they don't have what you want they go out of their way to research the issue and offer a solution. Even if the solution does not mean a sale for them. I highly recommend this location!”

“This shop is awesome. Paul (owner) has done body work and repairs to my car and father-in-law's. I drive from Richmond, 2 hours. That's how much I trust Paul..he is reasonable and honest. Highly recommend ?”

“My hometown Advance Auto has given me the confidence to visit other Advance Auto locations whenever I am need of automotive parts or know how. A few weeks ago I was left with a terribly noisy exhaust issue and found the nearest Advance Auto in Roanoke Rapids, NC, and just like that, problem solved. The rest of the 3 hour drive home was effortless and stress free. But I wouldn't have been so calm about the whole ordeal had I not first gotten familiar with the extensive inventory at the Kilmarnock store. Ravanne and her team have always been very helpful in finding the right parts to get my projects moving forward. Even when parts need to be ordered, they arrive so fast, it's impressive, especially for a more rural location where shipping often takes additional time. I am just a hobby mechanic, so I'm always impressed when Ravanne or another team member can take my description of problem and explain potential solutions. Just today when I visited, Ravanne helped someone with a unique part from an older vehicle and while the part wasn't in stock, she got it ordered and the customer was ecstatic. It was so cool. The consistency of care they provide is why I will keep coming back. Thanks!”

“Jones NAPA in Heathsville is very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered part online and they very kindly delivered it to the repair shop. This was so helpful because I have to use a wheelchair and don’t have to schlep it around to pickup the part.”

“My car's air conditioning went out and needed more refrigerant. Charlie was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. So grateful! Highly recommend this store!”
