Watch yourself at this store. They are a private retailer and not a corporate. They don't follow protocol like the corporate stores do. The district manager could care less when a problem comes up. They have been reported to ATT fraud department a few times. The scammed me out of almost $4k dollars that is still under investigation. The ONLY employee I would ever trust at this store is Daniel. Tread wisely and to be safe drive to Fredericksburg and go to the corporate store over by total wine.

Avoid this store at all costs. Beth traded in a stolen phone and overrode the transaction. Sketchy store that should be investigated

This store is probably the absolute worst store I have ever had to experience. Beth was the primary person who helped me along with Matt who I guess was the manager. I went in looking for an upgrade and walked in with an iPhone 12 Pro and walked out with a iPhone 14 Pro Max. Everything was great until At&T emailed me stating I owed almost $500 dollars for my old phone. I gave it to Beth in the store and she told me she would submit it for me. I went back to the store and both Matt and Beth stated that since I was a FirstNet customer I was to send it back myself. It took almost 4 months to finally get it resolved with cooperate and the only answer I got from the store was “well you need to call the 800 number to fix it.” They told me they had an “audit” and the phone was mysteriously nowhere to be found. Not only that, but they talked me into getting an Apple Watch SE because it was “free” and I only had to pay the $10 per month for the line. Needless to say I have been paying on that watch and can’t send it back since I was past the 14 day return policy. Absolutely horrible experience and would recommend everyone go anywhere BUT here!

My phone just quit doing anything that required cellular data- no texts, phone calls, gps didn’t work- it was terrible. Sam greeted me when I walked in, and within 10 minutes everything was up and running. Thank you!

Donovan at the AT&T store in Locust Grove was A+. He cleared spam from my phone and showed me how to do it. He explained how to use certain important features of my phone that I did not know. He patiently answered my questions about my bill and phone. Highly recommend this store!

Please beware they are known to add lines to your account without you knowing and then do nothing. Upper management along with at&t upper management is aware and does nothing about it.

My IPhone 11 was seriously damaged, traded it in for a IPhone 13, $300 credit on the 11. Dropped off the old phone and they did the transfer of my information to new phone-$5.00 mo. VS paying outright!! Customer Service was awesome
