“I'm an ASE Master technician and I've been working on cars for 20 some odd years. I'm working on a strange one today, a 1985 vanagan that's getting a fuel system conversion. I had to relocate a metal pipe that carries coolant and I needed a rubber hose that was a very particular size. They didn't have the size I needed on a roll so I asked the manager what I should do if there was anything he could do to help me. He brought me back to all the coolant hoses for various vehicles and told me I was welcome to take a look. He stood there and observed and I almost immediately found what I needed.
