βCollision repair. I struck a deer while driving my Toyota Carolla. I filed a claim with my insurance company and this location was a preferred vendor. Repairs were completed before estimated time of completion. Sheila Hall and the team were great. I received updates through phone texts pertaining to repair work in progress. My first observation when I picked up the vehicle after repairs were completed was that the crash never happened. They can arrange for pick up and drop off of rental vehicles too if you need one. Happy with the repairs and glad to have my car back.

βAfter being told an appointment for an oil change was not necessary, yesterday I brought in my CRV & was told it would be completed in an hour. Not only was my vehicle finished when promised but the tech checked my service records, apprised me of upcoming maintenance & noted that currently the cabin filter needed changing, which I authorized.β
βWe had our new Toyota Tundra bedliner sprayed with Line-X. Pride and Protective Coatings did a fantastic job. Working with Kelsey Black was a pleasure. She was always available for my questions and worked with us on our timeline. The price was extremely competitive. I can't say enough good things about The Lab and its owner! I had a unique situation with a 26-inch tire that needed to be mounted and balanced urgently, and The Lab really went above and beyond. Despite it being a closed day for them, the owner personally opened up the shop just to help me out.
He took his time, making sure everything was done to perfection, and spent a solid two hours ensuring that the tire was mounted and balanced exactly right. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Itβs rare to find a business that goes to this level for its customers. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about quality service, The Lab is it. Highly recommend for any tinting or custom wheel needs β theyβll treat you like family!β
βI just had Value Auto Body replace the folding passenger side view mirror on my 2015 GMC Acadia. It seems that with all of the recent cold weather, the gears inside the mirror, that allow it to open and close, broke. Following a recommendation from a former employee of his, I met with Jon. He initially purchased a used mirror from a local supplier, but sent it back because he felt there were too many scratches on the mirror itself. He ordered a second used mirror and painted it to match the color of my car. Once it was painted, it only took him about 20 minutes to install. It looks and looks great and the price with more than reasonable. It all took place within a week! I would highly recommend using Value Auto Body for any of your auto body needs.β

βThis morning taking my nieces and nephew to breakfast I ran over something in my tire. Being Sunday morning wasn't sure if I could get it fixed. I drove to Good Year at 250 McWhirt Loop in Fredericksburg, VA. 22406 and was taken in right away. The place was clean, the counter person was very nice and very thoughtful to my 5,6 and 8 year that was with me. The work was done right away. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable.

I am fortunate to have found Brian at Classic Auto Body who did an excellent job of reattaching the trim at a reasonable price. Brian is a very honest and experienced professional in auto body repairs and I am very pleased with the quality of his work.β

βI am so thankful to have discovered Sullivan's Auto Body. I scraped the back side of my new car in a parking garage bad enough where metal was showing. Sullivan's did a great job of making it look brand new. Even after I picked it up and later noticed some scrapes that remained, they took it back and fixed it to perfection. Richard was very trustworthy to work with, always keeping me updated and he even fit me in on his packed schedule on top of offering a better deal than any other place. All the staff were pleasant to work with including the receptionist Pamela, and Tim and David who worked in the shop. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.β

βAfter rotating and balancing with RNR, my ride is as smooth as glass. I have a lifted truck with 33β tires so itβs very easy to tell when the wheels are well balanced. If you care about long term tire wear and performance, itβs best to deal with true tire/wheel professionals such as these.
I have now relied on them for two vehicles. I still trust these guys and will continue to work with them. They did a phenomenal job on my 2025 4runner!β
