Jr's Auto Solutions is an automotive repair and maintenance shop owned by a certified professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. The business offers a range of services, excluding tires, alignments, and emissions inspections.
Customers have praised the shop for its honesty, quality service, and fair pricing. One customer sought a second opinion from Jr's Auto Solutions after receiving a high repair quote from another mechanic. Jr's Auto Solutions identified only two actual issues and quoted less than half the cost of the initial estimate.
The shop has also been commended for its excellent customer service. A client with an Audi reported smooth service, clear communication, and reasonable pricing. The mechanic, Jr, was described as experienced, nice, and honest, providing clear explanations of problems and fixes.
Another customer required a clutch, flywheel, and rear main seal job on a 2006 Scion. Jr's Auto Solutions provided a reasonable labor quote, fitting the customer into their busy schedule. The shop did not attempt to upsell any additional work, and the car ran well after the service. Jr even followed up to check on the vehicle's performance.
In summary, Jr's Auto Solutions stands out for its honesty, quality, and customer-focused approach, making it a preferred choice for automotive repair and maintenance services.
