“Ever since we started bringing our vehicles to FX Collision a few years ago, we haven’t trusted anyone else. They have become our one-stop shop for everything. From window tinting, routine maintenance, collision repairs, radio installations, upgrades, paint protection, and custom work, they’ve done it all for us. We recently purchased a brand-new vehicle, and before doing anything else, we took it straight to FX Collision because we have complete confidence in their work. They’ve also taken care of our business vehicles, and every experience has been outstanding. What sets them apart is their honesty. I never feel like I’m being upsold or pressured into unnecessary repairs. If they recommend something, it’s because it’s truly what’s best for your vehicle. The owners are incredibly trustworthy and genuinely care about every customer. They’re hands-on and personally involved, making sure every vehicle is treated with the same level of care they’d give their own. That attention to detail and pride in their work is why we continue coming back. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, with people who stand behind their work and consistently deliver exceptional results, FX Collision is the place to go. We recommend them 100%.”

“Outstanding workmanship; great price for transmission and fuel pump work on my classic 2002 Chrysler 300M. Larry in particular kept me up to date as repair work progressed - and followed up after I resumed driving the car. Strongly recommended!”

“First I want to say I’ve had a hard time finding a reliable mechanic for my Prius, that is until I contacted Sal. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional. He was an educator as well. He took the time to show me the components of the engine, and how it all works, I was blown away at that level of customer service. He finished replacing my engine in a very reasonable time, and the car runs amazing. Thank you Sal, may god bless you and your family. You gained a new repeating customer, I highly recommend Sal for anyone with a hybrid. Best in the area. -Corron”

“Couldn’t recommend enough! I was looking for a last minute DSG Fluid change, and was able to be serviced the same week. I was happily surprised by not only that, but how quickly he got back to me and providing an estimate on the spot. The service I asked for was completed and he was very open and honest about everything found in my vehicle. He took the time to explain everything, answer any questions and show me a couple things! I trust him with my Audi and will be returning for any future maintenance or repairs!”

“I would like to Thank the Tech that helped me this morning and kicked off my week to a great start. I was having issues with my battery this past weekend. The battery was days away from hitting two years. He was nice to check and knock out the quick replacement, so I can make it to work. A great reason why I always choose interstate and why I go directly to this shop. Thanks again for all the help.”

“The technicians at the shop were very friendly and treated me great. They did excellent work and were more than willing to help me fix a few minor issues that popped up later. Best of all, they offered a lifetime warranty for any future issues related to their repair work, which gives me great peace of mind.”

“My car had failed stare inspection for a wheel bearing. Kurt was able to get in and out fairly quickly but he also recommended for him to see why it was running rough. I was aware of the issue but said screw it you're already working on it go for it. He found out a fuel injector wire was frayed and needed to be spliced and repaired. He did so and now my vehicle (1994 Landcruiser) runs better than ever! Definitely recommend Kurt if you're in the area. It'll be a long wait wait, but he's a one man operation. Very honest and reliable.”

“I’ve been bringing my cars to Luxury Imports for over 10 years! You will not find more professional and knowledgeable mechanics for your vehicle. No matter the make or model, their lead mechanic Tay will diagnose the problem and fix it quickly at a reasonable rate. His secret power is preventative maintenance. Even when I don’t have any immediate problems with my vehicle I bring it into Luxury imports every 25K-30K miles to ensure I keep my car running smoothly, problem-free. I could not make a stronger recommendation for Luxury Imports and their auto knowledge, professionalism, and reasonable cost of service!”

“I got an oil change and tire rotation on my Ram yesterday. It was done quickly and they are honest over there. I almost got my tires rebalanced but he took it for a spin and told me I didn’t need it. Easily could have just done it. We’ll be taking our cars here moving forward. Thanks”

“I am SO grateful to have been referred here by friends. My Chevy Traverse was having issues; I had taken it to the dealer three times for a total of four days (cha-ching$) in that shop - and it still wasn't fixed! Came to Lorton Auto on friends' recommendation, they diagnosed the problem and in the time it took them to get the part needed, I was on my way. Such pleasant people to deal with in addition to being so competent!! Thanks, guys!!”

“They were great, I was so frustrated at my 67 Chevelle, new motor and build from top to bottom and ran fine walked out and no start. They took what I had built found the inadvertant issue and bam done. he was so patient with me and had it fixed in a day or so. I'm a lil high strung so 5 stars for patience alone lol”

“Nice people they give me a jump start because my battery was dead in front of a grocery store and offered to check the battery although it was during closed business hours. But I got lost on the way there and arrived a little late and they had left by then. Thank you so much for your help with the jump start.”

“RPM is our go to place for repairs and advice! They keep our vintage Porsche in good running order -- we've had awful experiences in the now distant past when local dealers simply weren't able handle the work. They have also helped us out on our other cars. They have helped us out several times with minor problems. We have found going to a dealer for what seems like minor work can result in very high repair bills as they replace vs. repair. In one case RPM made a repair for $120. Had we gone to a dealer we estimate it would have been well over $1,000. We have found them very competent and above board. Their work is excellent on often hard to repair autos! If you have a problem that they are unfamiliar with they will tell you and make suggestions.”

“About 10 years ago I bought a Dodge Neon Srt-4. It wouldn't pass VA emissions inspection because I didn't have a catalytic converter. I went to 3 different mechanics and they all overpriced me. One day I went to pump gas and a guy with the same car as mine pulled alongside me. We spoke and I told him about my dilemma. He handed me a business card to B and T Motorsports. I went to B and T Motorsports and was quoted a reasonable price. 3 hours later I was back on the road with a passed emissions test. I've never been to another mechanic since. The prices are reasonable, the work reliable and the service is professional. 5 stars!”

“My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.”

“Very fast, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! I had my Land Rover LR4 towed here recently. I had sudden check engine lights and restricted functionality. It was a holiday weekend and dropped the keys in the dropbox explaining the sudden issues that required it to be towed in. The owner called me shortly after opening after the long weekend. He had fixed the issue and only charged me a diagnostic fee. This really impressed me since I was prepared for the worst. Since it was there and I now trusted the owner I asked him to replace the battery and fluids in the diffs and transmission. I highly recommend the shop and will definitely go there next time my rover needs any maintenance.”

“John Kinter is the CONSUMMATE professional! I've been a client for close to 10 years, and he's never failed to impress. Called him at 0830 after "failing" a parking brake check while undergoing a State safety inspection. John told me where to find it in my manual and to take the car back and have them re-check it using the manual, and guess what, it passed! Thanks for everything, John! U R the MAN!Services: Tires”

“I ABSOLUTELY hate anything that deals with cars! I don't even like putting gas in the thing...that said, I was way overdue for an oil change (like waaaay....it was haunting me in my dreams that the engine was going to lock)..AND I first started hearing my brakes squeal like 4 months ago (possibly a little grind here and there)....so for the main reason that I hate car maintenance is because they (mechanics) always try to get over on me! And I had put things off so long that I like HAD to go and face the music. US Auto Center's advertisement fell out of the heavens and landed before my eyes! It was either a sign from the car gods or nosey Google putting the ad on my Facebook timeline because I had been looking for a new auto shop (I don't like going to places where I feel ripped off, so every time I need my car serviced...I search for a new joint). Anyway, I took my car to US Auto Center and by my surprise..wait...first...they had some jams on the stereo....but they gave me a comforting vibe that they weren't tryna hit me over the head with a list of things that "needed to be done in order for my car to ever work again." Everything that I went in for was all that "needed" to be done....and was ALL I paid for. I was happy, my ride was happy....no more backing that thing up with the extremely loud and embarrassing noises...AND no more nightmares about my engine locking up....the prices were fair and I'm absolutely grateful to have found an auto shop that I will frequent for all and every bit of car stuff that me and my car needs!”
