“Went in a little after midnight as an emergency and the gentleman was very informative and patient with me since I couldn't decide which flavor vape I wanted to get. Spent a good 20-30mins here and he made sure I was taken care of by asking me questions. Will come back again after my vapes run out! Definitely recommended mostly because of the customer service I received!”
“Joey was super helpful and patient while we looked and customized our glasswear. He made many helpful suggestions and i couldnt be happier with my new purchase. The prices here are also amazing and there is such a wide selection of quality pieces, wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!”
“A newbie in the world of smoke. The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and May I say very patient with me. Even though I live in Maryland, will return.”

“Absolutely love this place, they always have exactly what you need, the staff is super friendly, and super knowledgeable about everything they have in store. I highly recommend this place to anyone I know but leave some stuff for me ?”
“Laid back, chill cigar lounge. The lounge sells cigars so you don't have to bring your own. There is a small outside setup with a television to compliment the inside lounge. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. If you are looking for a chill spot with a very mature crowd, this is the spot. #BO #WO”
“Cindy is Amazing young Women , amazing to speak to , she knows exactly what my husband's needs when we come in. She is the absolute best! Thank you for hiring this young lady!”
“I stopped by this cigar shop while in town for business training and thoroughly enjoyed it. The selection of cigars was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the staff were fantastic. The fellow smokers made it feel like joining a friendly cigar family. I’ll definitely make it a point to visit again next time I’m in town!”
“Gary at Total Wine Springfield, VA was absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I came in to buy wine for our wedding and were lucky enough to be helped by him. He was charismatic, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find the right wines. Gary introduced us to several brands we had never heard of and took the time to educate us along the way. Thanks to his recommendations, we skipped buying 14 bottles of the same Château Ste. Michelle Riesling and instead walked out with 17 bottles of Gary’s favorite picks from that week. We’re so excited to share this new wine selection with our friends and family at our wedding reception. Highly recommend asking for Gary! ?”
“Tobacco Hut, Smoke and Vape, and Tobacco market LLC all showed open on posted hours but were closed. Tobacco King actually picked up the phone and were open like the hours showed.”
“When you come here, ask for a K he’s the man. Found exactly what I was looking for. No other vape shop had it and guess what I found it here at a good price. Ask for AK he’s the man.”
“Excellent customer service! Greeted with a friendly welcome as soon as you walk in the door! Wide variety of juices to choose from along with the ability to try as many flavor as you’d like. Go check them out, great place!”
“This is my go-to smoke shop. In my observation the owner selects quality products, including hard to find brands of tobacco. Prices are fair and sometimes lower than other stores and the man who is usually there when I go in is friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He even kept my earbuds for me when I accidentally set them on the counter and left. I had resigned to them being lost and next time I was in, about a week later, he had them waiting for me. Thank you again, Sir!To sum it up, this is the neighborhood small business experience I miss.So pop in to King Smoke Palace and give them some love. You won't regret it!”
“Pleasant experience and a myriad of tobacco and incense selections. I was impressed by their displays and colorful merchandise…especially their incense & dreamcatchers. The lady at the counter was very nice & addressed all my questions.”
“Phenomenal service and very welcoming staff. Especially Sharon, who is very accommodating. Prem also makes me feel very special. I am offered a 5 star service every time I visit.”

“The store has been renovated which is looking really nice and seems like they carry more products than before. Zack was an amazing employee, he delivered an excellent customer service when I was facing some trouble with my vapes. Highly recommend this place.”
“Great experience.
The gentlemen walked me through what I thought I was looking for and he provided me some recommended cigar company alternatives which I asked for. I enjoyed the other cigar recommendations and look forward to coming back. Very clean and neat inside.”
“I recommend this store for all your smoke needs! They are kind. If u ask a question, it will be answered! Really, polite Courteous! My new smoke shop! Don't hesitate to go! Great prices!”
“Pretty good lounge and great customer service. I marked it down a star because of the back area. It was a bit too smokey and probably could have used more ventilation.”
“Mohammed is a great guy, seriously you gotta check out this Tobacco hut joint! They had exactly what I was looking for stuff that you can’t find in any other stores. Nice clean customer service is amazing if you deal with anybody to deal with Mohammed, he’s awesome.”
“Great vape store. They have a great staff and great rewards program. I believe the owner is at the store often as well. The staff is very helpful and nice to chat with. Very knowledgeable on the products they carry. They ran out of the e-liquid I use (candy king watermelon wedges and wild berry by air factory) but have enough variety of other products that keeps me coming back. It’s the only vape store I go to now. I would recommend this business.”

“Not sure who owns the place in Woodbridge Virginia where I now go to get vapes. I did live in Leesburg, VA where the customer service is hands down; the best. Recently moved to Woodbridge and go to the Tobacco Hut off Route 1 and found Ianna whom works with the establishment. She is great and recommends great products that are within my budget and recommends flavors I like. When I go in; she's always cleaning or fronting the store. I hope she is given credit for this review. Thank you, Rebecca”
“I usually stop by this shop and get great service today I came by and Jumana helped me out and I got everything I was looking for today! And her service was just amazing!”
“The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I easily found the perfect wine to gift a retiring colleague. I enjoy coming to this location because of the professionalism and kindness.”
“My girlfriend lives across the street and took me here cause she knows I love hooka ... they had a lot of flavors to pick out from so I ended up getting two different kinds of flavors mint and tangerine... I was really surprised cause the cigarettes were cheaper here than Virginia or at least where I live at by the highway ...wanna also say thanks to the guy at the counter for the convo we had”
“They is good customer service every time I come to this store. I like coming to this store. They id me and always have good customer service. I rate them 1 thru 10 I give them a 10”
“Toby was an amazing help and super knowledgeable in my search for a specific prosecco, unfortunately it’s one you will no longer be carrying but he put me on the path for discovering more. Vivian helped me check out and she is always wonderful. Thank you for a great experience. I love doing business here.”
“Had a great service from the staff who were really knowledgeable about their products. Shubham was honestly an amazing help in helping me get some good shisha for my hookah and I would definitely be coming back here in the future.”
“Great prices on cigarettes. Haven’t purchased any other smoke supplies from them but theres a large variety. Some employees running the front part have no idea what they are selling when I inquired about a tobacco roller and attempted to use a Marlboro coupon.
I have cashed a check or 2 here without issue but expect the manager/owner to call the bank or check signer first before he cashes it, it’s only for his protection as I’m sure there’s been plenty of bad ones come through.”
