“Laid back, chill cigar lounge. The lounge sells cigars so you don't have to bring your own. There is a small outside setup with a television to compliment the inside lounge. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. If you are looking for a chill spot with a very mature crowd, this is the spot. #BO #WO”

“This is my go-to smoke shop. In my observation the owner selects quality products, including hard to find brands of tobacco. Prices are fair and sometimes lower than other stores and the man who is usually there when I go in is friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking.He even kept my earbuds for me when I accidentally set them on the counter and left. I had resigned to them being lost and next time I was in, about a week later, he had them waiting for me. Thank you again, Sir!To sum it up, this is the neighborhood small business experience I miss.So pop in to King Smoke Palace and give them some love. You won't regret it!”

“The prices are better than the local vape shops and the staff is very friendly. Customer service is what truly stands out here.
I left my wallet on the counter while in a rush to get to the airport (luckily I have a passport and could make the flight). Tobacco Time personally delivered my wallet to my mailbox with the address located on my license. I'm in shock by how far they went to do a good thing for a person they owe nothing to. Beyond wow.

“I've been to living In the woodbridge area for about 10 years now, and this is the only tobacco place I got to. I ended up getting some Chinese food one day when I decided to stop by into the store. Since the first day I've been there every worker has been helpful and friendly! The other day I stopped by for a water pipe and the worker even showed me some products I never knew of . I ened up leaving with this nice bundle that I probably wouldn't have known of if not for the help of the staff. This place has always been the best place to shop or just look around. If you're ever in woodbridge just stop by and check it out.”

“I stopped by this cigar shop while in town for business training and thoroughly enjoyed it. The selection of cigars was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the staff were fantastic. The fellow smokers made it feel like joining a friendly cigar family. I’ll definitely make it a point to visit again next time I’m in town!”
