“Replaced the alternator and serpentine belt on my 2001 Toyota Sequoia when my wife and I broke down on the way back from vacation, two hours away from home. After towing it to them very late at night and talking with them early in the morning, they were extremely accommodating, helpful, communicative and efficient. They were able to fix it all that same day, finishing it around 230, and all at a fair price. I was so appreciative that they understood my situation and could fix it all so quickly. Although it could’ve been worse, your car breaking down two hours from home can be a nightmare situation, and any mechanic could’ve completely taken advantage of me. But Navarre’s service was exceptional, and exactly what I needed. Even without seeing them until I picked my car back up, their communication over the phone left me at ease, and feeling that my car was in good hands. Special thank you to Tommy for getting all of this done for me so exceptionally.”
“A big shout out to Roger Davis and his crew at Davis’s Body shop for doing an amazing job and a quick turn around on Suga fixing the back bumper where some idiot hit it and fixing a problem that was a default from Chevrolet on the front clip and adding a lil something extra for my wife she loves the spoiler !!!
