They repaired it anyway and I was on my way. Very good customer service. No one wants to visit a body shop, but if you need to, you can feel confident bringing it here.”

Only a few weeks of the wait time between when I called and could drop off my car (most body shops are booked out for months and keep your car forever). They even ordered the part that I would have to wait for anyways when I came in for the estimate. I only needed to have the car in the shop for about eight days, which is impressive given the color and make of my car. They are honest, kind, and hard-working people that you want to work with. The cost was below what I had expected. It's a forty-five minute drive for me but it is worth it to have a trustworthy shop work on my car.”

I took my car in for a noise, vibration, and a tire pressure sensor replacement. They found my tires were unsafe, ordered new ones, and even texted me about their Buy 3, Get 1 Free promotion, which saved me $185 with a rebate. They replaced the sensor, completed everything quickly, and even let me know they offer free tire rotations every other oil change.

The quality of new castings on alternators and starters make it worth more to keep your original piece and have the internals rebuilt. I'd recommend doing this instead of replacing the entire unit. Plus, it's usually cheaper!”
