“I came for help in saying goodbye to my English Mastiff rescue due to her health issues and age. There was so much kindness and consideration from everyone there. We were led to a comfortable room with a large dog bed on the floor, which I truly appreciated for my big girl. (I'd recommed some soothing music for that room and a few lamps for softer lighting.) The tech that assisted was so wonderful, kept us informed, checking on us alot and offering her heart at this difficult time. There was no rush for any part of the process. While this was so incredibly hard for me, Blue Ridge Vet made the process much easier. I was so impressed with them, and even though it's a hike to get there, I will now make them my new doctor for my new English Mastiff rescue and any future dog. Thank you to everyone - the receptionist, the tech and the doctor that helped me and my dog(sorry I did not note your names.)”
