“Jonathan with Bennett and Butler was dispatched by my roadside assist for what would hopefully be quickly jumping off my battery. We realized my battery would need to be replaced. I was in an unfamiliar area an hour away from my destination. It was after business hours on a weekend, so no one was open to replace the battery. Jonathan offered to go to a nearby Walmart store with me, helped me purchase a battery, and placed it on my car. He was very professional and efficient and definitely went above and beyond.”

“I’m traveling from SC and my practically brand new Nissan Maxima decided to give me the scare of my life and start shuttering, slow to accelerate, and almost die on Skyline Drive. Once I was able to cruise safely to our hotel, I called Freezes and they told me to drive over and they’d try to troubleshoot. Of course my car ‘magically’ decided to start acting right, but the gentleman gave me some good advice to help avoid the same situation, advised me to drive around and if it happened again he’d be there to help me and sent me on my way - FREE OF CHARGE. I cannot thank the wonderful men at Freezes for seeing me on a 5 minute notice and for trying to determine the cause of the car issues. I wish there were more caring, gracious people like this in the world. Thank you SO MUCH!”
