This place is absolutely a joke. Always understaffed, have no clue what they are doing. Deposit money into the wrong acct!. I was a bbt customer over 20 years. I closed up my account as of today with truist. This is why they merge.Bigger profits over people.

This is the worst bank! Do not bank with Truist. I got a cashiers check and they took the money out of my account. Then 3 months later closed my account for fraud ! What ?! Absolutely the worse banking experience!
