I came in this evening (4/26/25) and worked with Jasmin.
She was absolutely wonderful to work with.
I asked questions about the iPhone 13 promotion they have for $49.99 when you port your number.
Jasmin was so kind and so professional.
She got me set up and helped me switch.
I cannot speak highly enough about her!

Our son is an injured veteran with a severe TBI. His phone got cracked when he was struck by a moving vehicle. He needed his phone upgraded quickly for a trip to the VA hospital in Tampa to revisit the staff that helped him recover. Normally we would do all our Boost business online, but time was of essence, so we decided to go to Boost on Wards Road in Lynchburg VA. The sales rep, Jhon Reynold was awesome! Very patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he get our son a new phone for an upgrade, but he saved us a bunch of money by showing that we could simply add a line on our sons existing account. On top of all the above, we walked out of the store within 20 minutes and our son had his new phone activated and in his hand.

I went and seen Sabrina today for an issue that boost corporate has spent over a month unable to fix. She took her time and really tried to help me. She was able to fix the issues that the corporate tech team were unable to fix. She went above and beyond. Fantastic woman and customer service.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Tyler could not even call corporate to help us put the money on our account, we had to call and do it ourselves and corporate added the money in two seconds. We were hung up on twice when asking for someone who could actually help us at the Lynchburg store. When asked for corporates phone number, I was again hung up on. We will never use the Lynchburg office for help again.

I own 3 boost phones, cause the employees try to make sales instead of explaining what they offer. I even asked the proper questions. They told me that my service would be ending. I still have the same phone from years ago. But 2 extra phones that I didn't need.

I came to this store and purchased the 60$ unlimited plan and a phone back on June 24th. I was given a promotion where my 2nd, 4th, and 9th month was free. Halfway through my 2nd month (my free month) they turned my phone off. I went to the store and they said it would be back on within 72hs. It wasn't. I called customer service and they said the promotion wasn't submitted and to go back to the store. I went back to the store and they said it would be back on within 48hr. I called back after 48hr and still no service and the girl that answered got really rude and started cussing me and hung up in my face. Very rude, I wouldn't suggest this store to my worst enemy
