CVS Pharmacy has made changes that you are no longer able to speak with a pharmacy staff or pharmacist. You have to leave voicemail. Which I did and it’s day 3 still no call back! This is HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. Very kind and fast for everything I have needed in the past year. Can’t thank them enough especially when you aren’t feeling well!

Multiple bad experiences. The first is they flat out refused to fill a prescription for a dog. The second is after multiple attempts to get 2 scripts filled: hospital called them, left messages, talked to someone.....3 days later and they still haven't filled them. I don't know if they need more help or what, but I will be avoiding this pharmacy from now on.

If you value your medication or LIFE! DO NOT USE this Pharmacy! The pharmacist is horrible, but Patrick the District Manager DID straighten out the situation for us which meant they really do care when there is a problem and we thank him!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. My reason for this is yesterday. I went into the pharmacy in person to pick up prescriptions from where I had just had an arm surgery and I was supposed to receive pain medication plus some other prescriptions. They fill three of the four prescriptions I was due the one I did not get was my pain medication because it was on backorder, but they completely disregarded to tell me that I could have fixed it and gone to another pharmacy. I did not figure out until I was Prepping my meds. I will no longer be going to the CVS at all.

On Wednesday, 6/5, I pulled up at the drive-thru at 1:25 pm to pick up a prescription. I was in line behind one other vehicle that was already waiting at the window. When I reached the window, the staff pulled the curtain and put up the “closed for lunch” sign.
This is abysmal customer service. You should ensure that everyone in line before “closing time” is served. Keeping your lunch break on schedule is apparently more important than satisfying your customers. Why should anyone patronize a business that treats customers this way?

Wanted to get some body wash. What I wanted was locked up in a protective case. Hit the button to call an employee over. There was only one employee on the floor. No customers were being helped. The man working did not come over to unlock the case for me. So I continued to hit the button. Still didn’t come help me. I hit it 5 times before some lady came storming out the back. Made eye contact with me as she stormed up to the man working the floor. She then proceeded to complain to the man working that “there was no reason to hit the button 5 times, learn some patience.” Which I’m sure she didn’t mean for me to hear, but I did. Well I wouldn’t need to learn patience if the man working had taken the literal 20 second to open the case for me 5 minutes earlier, or the angry lady from the back had decided to not be lazy and come open the case for me. If it’s too much of an inconvenience to open the case, maybe don’t have it. This place sucks. And will not be returning. And to the lady in the back. Grow up.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used EVER. The staff here are rude including pharmacist, they are excessively slow & no one here seems to know how to do a simple task like counting, its pathetic. Playing . They refuse to admit their mistakes & when they are wrong.. There are so many other great pharmacies you can go to including other cvs pharmacies, avoid this one. I would leave zero stars if I could.

The pharmacy is mismanaged. They have personnel turnover problems, and most are college-age. When I complained that they had breached their promise to have a prescription ready, an overweight supervisor banished me from doing business at CVS. I have been a loyal client for 10 years.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been too. I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for many years and this is the first time I have taken my business to a non CVS pharmacy. I’ve been in Lynchburg for 2 months and this location has rudely screwed up every single prescription with the exception of 2. I attempted to transfer my prescriptions from out of state when I first got to Lynchburg to this CVS. These people made it sound like my out of state pharmacy was not cooperative and did not send my transfers. When all along it was this store’s fault and not my previous pharmacy that these guys blamed. It seems that every time I have a prescription there is a delay with these people blaming everything and everyone except taking accountability for their own lack of competence. I had one pharmacy tech who was so rude and had no interest in helping me or any other customer. She was the most rude pharmacy employee whom I ever dealt with. I’m so done with CVS because of this location. Hill City pharmacy has done in 2 business days that this CVS couldn’t seem to accomplish in 2 months. Good riddance CVS.
