The store needs a good cleaning. Its in an urban area and they don't care how it looks. I've never seen a clear aisle in the store in the 6 years I've shopped there.

Nowadays I judge retailers by their compliance to covid-19 regulations. Employees and customers wore masks and there was social distancing at the check-out lines. The cashier was friendly.Covid-19 is over, but this store is still kept clean, and the employees are still friendly.
