The Goodwill Store and Donation Center is considered the best location in the area. Staff is wonderful here. But somebody needs to move the dress racks to where they are easily accessible. My arms hurt so bad from the constant reaching up. It's ridiculous! Older women really struggle. Please change this.

It's the best goodwill in the area. This is counting the 3 in Lynchburg, one in Bedford and the one in Madison. The staff is really kind and helpful, and the place is cleaner.
