“Unfortunately, the fridge in my room was so noisy, In the middle of the night, I thought there was some type of construction going on in the room below me and called the front desk to have them check it out. Finally, figured out it was the fridge and turned it off. Long next day.”
“The room was clean and our check-in was quick. The employees working the desk were friendly. While eating our morning breakfast, we met Brian Cardwell. He was working in the breakfast area. He helped my kids make waffles and was extremely friendly. I am a business owner and he is exactly the kind of person you want working for you. Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but I felt like he went over and beyond to make us have a great breakfast.”

“This place is adorable and I loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the ladies at check in. The restaurant attached was also very good. However, it seems we were given an accessible room despite having booked 2 months in advance, and the bathroom/shower could’ve been better. There’s not a good place to hang up your towels, just the metal bars they have surrounding the toilet for people needing help getting up. The shower head is also pointing towards the narrow part of the shower so water immediately sprays out because the curtain and the little ledge they have doesn’t keep the water in, instead of having the shower head on the wall that allows the sprayer to go towards the other shower wall. Then we went down for breakfast at 8am (starts at 7) and whatever item they had out to go with the syrup was already out. I waited almost an hour to see if they’d be refilling it, because surely they aren’t out of a main breakfast item by 8am on a Sunday, so I eventually asked and nope, they had no intentions of refilling it. That was disappointing.”
“Traveled and stayed one night. Had room on 5th floor. Check in was through the app using the digital key. Lobby, room and all areas were very clean. Staff was very courteous and friendly. My room was very comfortable in size with a king bed, desk and chair. Very limited USB ports - only 1 to the one side of the bed and none at desk. Refrigerator in room and microwave. Shower and bath clean. The hot water for shower was not hot at all. Only came up to just above warm if that. If you get a room facing the back you look at a hedgerow. Restaurant/bar was great. Food was good and the service was very good. Breakfast was pretty bad. I chose the buffet and it was a mistake. Eggs were brutal. Facility has indoor pool and exercise room. Parking was plenty.”

“We rented the Ridgeview Event Center space from Courtney, who is a wonderful delight to work with for our Birthday Celebration. The space was exceptional. Plenty of tables, chairs, a/c, lighting flexibility, full commercial kitchen, plenty of parking, amble restrooms. I definitely would recommend calling Courtney for your event planning.”

“Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet location near downtown Lynchburg and handy for the University of Lynchburg where our son was graduating. Nice spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Good facilities. Especially liked the coffee machine with a nice selection of coffees, the quality Bluetooth sound system, and the football table which led to some good laughs with the couple we were sharing the apartment with. The unusual ornaments, plaques and other knick knacks around the apartment added to the ambience.”
