“We recently had our rehearsal dinner at Tresca On 8th. I cannot say enough words of praise for this facility and staff. It’s roomy, easy to access, and beautifully decorated before we added the first decoration. Robin and Bethany were excellent to work with and were very quick to answer all my questions. They took my ideas and helped me bring them to life. I am forever grateful for their help!”

“Absolutely incredible breakfast with lots of options including vegan and allergy friendly ones. You can tell a lot about how much a hotel cares by their breakfast and this one knocked it out of the park. Breakfast staff were super friendly too and offered a good morning and let us know if you need anything each morning. Definitely will stay again if I'm ever in the area.”
“This place is adorable and I loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the ladies at check in. The restaurant attached was also very good. However, it seems we were given an accessible room despite having booked 2 months in advance, and the bathroom/shower could’ve been better. There’s not a good place to hang up your towels, just the metal bars they have surrounding the toilet for people needing help getting up. The shower head is also pointing towards the narrow part of the shower so water immediately sprays out because the curtain and the little ledge they have doesn’t keep the water in, instead of having the shower head on the wall that allows the sprayer to go towards the other shower wall. Then we went down for breakfast at 8am (starts at 7) and whatever item they had out to go with the syrup was already out. I waited almost an hour to see if they’d be refilling it, because surely they aren’t out of a main breakfast item by 8am on a Sunday, so I eventually asked and nope, they had no intentions of refilling it. That was disappointing.”

“Enjoyed staying at Acorn Hill Lodge for almost 2 weeks (helping my sister painting her unfurnished house nearby). The owner, Wanda, is the sweetest lady…very accommodating for us! The bistro has excellent breakfast food! We LOVE the cinnamon raisin pancakes… we kept saying how they are THE BEST PANCAKES!!!! We are going to miss staying here but definitely will be back! My sister and her family live a few miles from here so even if we won’t stay at the lodge… we will have to visit the bistro for the breakfast/brunch!”
