“This is a great facility. If you are looking for an office space or place to start a business this is the facility you want to be in. I've been here for 2 years now running my small business and it fits my needs perfectly. Iris, the owner, takes care of you and does a great job of taking care of the property. She is responsive if you need anything and takes the time to help. As of now I have a small office space and large bay at this property. They both are great. You will find nothing like it in the Lynchburg area.”

A few times I just needed a couple days to get paid, work an extra shift, or whatever I needed to do, and not once was there ever a threat of tossing my things out or anything extreme like that. They work with you, and in these times where you just need a little bit of help and understanding, they absolutely shine. Honestly, the best storage unit I've ever rented out.
But let me tell you about the physicals of the place. Each unit is perfectly flat, not once has any rain got into the unit, and it's just perfect for whatever needs to be stored.”

“It is a great storage area. Conveniently located to me but wvery time i ho there the person is not in the office. I do go at about 6:15 but the hours are later than that. Is there a problem with the guy working? Also i had an issue with my lock that i couldnt open. I didn't see in the lease where asticker would be put on my personal lock but i did get in and that was my fault. I did however ask him to put a piece of line on the door so i could reach it to pull it down that didnt happen. Other than that i am very happy with the storage area.”
“This is the best place I’ve ever been to pick up a load. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment. Got me to a door immediately. As soon as I unhook my truck, go inside, use the bathroom and sit down on the couch, the lady at the window is telling me the truck was loaded. Couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes. The best place to pickup a load. Also don’t forget the people are NICE. All I can say is good job for whoever is running this facility.”

The truck was new and handled great and tackled the Virginia mountains no problem. AC was nice and cold and”
