When I closed out my unit, I also did that online. I never had a problem with them. When I did need to contact them, they we're on the ball. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I've used several storage facilities in the past, and Amherst Storage has been my best experience so far. Lynn is very helpful, easy to get along with and provides excellent customer service. After researching other facilities in the area, Amherst Storage by far had the best rates. The property is well kept and maintained as well as COMPLETELY GATED and located beside the police station for added security. I am completely happy with the decision I made. Â **One note compared to other facilities on the size of the units - The storage area can hold much more than a normal facility as the ceilings are very high in comparison to other units I've rented.”
