“The people that run this place are amazing. A few times I just needed a couple days to get paid, work an extra shift, or whatever I needed to do, and not once was there ever a threat of tossing my things out or anything extreme like that. They work with you, and in these times where you just need a little bit of help and understanding, they absolutely shine. Honestly, the best storage unit I've ever rented out.
But let me tell you about the physicals of the place. Each unit is perfectly flat, not once has any rain got into the unit, and it's just perfect for whatever needs to be stored.”

“I have been renting a storage unit from Timberwest Storage for about 10 years now. I continue to have a great experience at this facility. The site is incredibly clean, well lit and very secure with 24/7 surveillance cameras. It also has an 24/7 drive-up coded key pade access for entry. There are wide aisles for trucks. The move in process was seamless and (Ms. Peeps) the staff was very professional and helpful in finding me the right unit size with very fair pricing. I highly recommend Timberwest Storage if you need a stress free place for your personal belongings.”
“This is a great facility. If you are looking for an office space or place to start a business this is the facility you want to be in. I've been here for 2 years now running my small business and it fits my needs perfectly. Iris, the owner, takes care of you and does a great job of taking care of the property. She is responsive if you need anything and takes the time to help. As of now I have a small office space and large bay at this property. They both are great. You will find nothing like it in the Lynchburg area.”
