“Brenda (Owner) and Eddie (Manager) are excellent at their respective positions. I was cared for like family on the customer service side (Brends) and the skilled mechanical side by (Eddie). I broke down in their city of Lynchburg VA on a Monday and my vehicle required a rare part to get me back on the road. They helped me with finding a suitable hotel nearby in a safe area of town. They drove me to the hotel and picked me up the next day. I couldn’t ask for any better treatment by these folks and appreciated their kindness and professionalism greatly. “I turned right out of a gas station into an unmarked 4 foot deep drainage ditch. My 2019 Acadia went nose down.Luckily my 4 wheel drive backed me out but my radiator was destroyed. I called Rodney and despite how late in the evening it was he told me to come in and he would get my car fixed TONIGHT. He was very professional and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed and the cost.

Rodney and his mechanics got my car fixed in a couple hours and to top everything off they hand washed and dried my car!

“Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me with for a time to look at the car. They were honest and upfront about cost before preceding. Josh was even nice enough to give me a ride to come and get my car when it was time. They performed a transmission drain and fill on my 2015 ford focus. The car drove well for the first few days however it eventually started acting up again. That’s not on them and they informed me that when they performed the drain and fill that bits of metal came out indicating that parts of the transmission were damaged and that the transmission may not last long. I still highly recommend them because the service was great my car just wasn’t in the best condition when I brought it in and apparently when I bought it back in February. I will be returning to see if there is anything further we can do to salvage it but if not I will be returning with any future cars due to excellent service and honest.”
