“Rodney Hubbard and his mechanics Shane and Bobby are an example of how a small business should operate.After a near tragedy blowing out the brakes of my vehicle on the highway while traveling from GA to PA I googled mechanics nearby. I decided to call Hubbards in Lynchburg near where I was staying for the weekend.Rodney listened to my issue and took me in right away on a Saturday. They were all ready and prepared. Shane and Bobby worked on my brakes and were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. While I waited there they welcomed me and were always attentive to my concerns. Not just great mechanics but awesome people!Rodney was super personable and put me at ease while he made sure the parts were ordered and even picked them up for me to speed up the process. Bobby went above and beyond and drove along with me to make sure the brakes were all good and fixed! These guys were a blessing and I highly recommend them for auto services.”

“I turned right out of a gas station into an unmarked 4 foot deep drainage ditch. My 2019 Acadia went nose down.Luckily my 4 wheel drive backed me out but my radiator was destroyed. Panicked I called several Lynchburg shops hoping to find someone willing to rush a job week of thanksgiving. I saw 5 starts and called. Best choice, Shane got the part delivered and replaced in 2 days. Cost was fair compared to a google search.”

“I had a FORD Ranger 1993 XLT truck that needed some starter work on it. They researched carefully, confirmed the issue, gave me my options and I asked questions and got honest answers. Very Honest and was in line with what I was thinking. Very few places will work on older vehicles and they will. I would check with them as it makes sense that some older vehicles they would not work on due the the skills and requirements needed. I highly recommend this shop. I am definitely going back for other service work as needed including Annual Inspections.”

“I needed to have state inspection done on two vehicles. Went to one place and was told they were booked even though I arrived 7 minutes from the business opening hour (and they didn't do appointment). Drove to Timbrook to try my luck. While Timbrook couldn't do the inspection that morning, the front desk was kind and polite and got my two vehicles scheduled in quickly.Their waiting room was by far the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I'd been to. (My 6yo son also commented that it was the best waiting room, and it smelled so good.) Everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly. I would recommend this place.”
