The owner listened and took notes regarding everything I said was going on with my car. A few days later (I left it to be evaluated), I got a call telling me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, what could wait and total cost of repairs.The vehicle was repaired quickly, and they were able to find a cheaper part, so my price dropped $50!! “I can not say enough good things about Sandy and John. My daughter’s car broke down on her way back to NC from DC in Lynchburg. After calling around they were the only ones that didn’t try and take advantage of us in a desperate situation. They quoted us a rate that was reasonable for a 3 1/2 hour tow back to Charlotte. They picked the car up in less than 30 min and it was delivered to our house at 830am like promised. Both the men were professional and personable. If I’m ever broke down in Lynchburg again they will definitely be my go to.”

“I had a FORD Ranger 1993 XLT truck that needed some starter work on it. They researched carefully, confirmed the issue, gave me my options and I asked questions and got honest answers. Very Honest and was in line with what I was thinking. Very few places will work on older vehicles and they will. I would check with them as it makes sense that some older vehicles they would not work on due the the skills and requirements needed. I highly recommend this shop. I am definitely going back for other service work as needed including Annual Inspections.”

“We were on a trip in a 40’ diesel pusher motor home we had recently purchased used. The morning of our departure to return home the low air pressure alarms came on. Within 30 minutes of call, Travis arrived. He quickly found the problem , which was an air dryer that had not been properly maintained. So that we could get home , he bypassed the dryer which allowed pressure to increase. Travis then proceeded to check various fluids, top off brake fluid and others and suggest we tried to take flattest drive home we could. Truly a professionalThank you. Dave and Pam.
