Mishipped my package I was getting on them all week about it not leaving the building for almost 3 days and then when I come to pick it up they finally decide to ignore me telling them to keep it there and send it back out to Roanoke. All of USPS has become a joke and the only other option is the other joke that is FedEx

Post office on art Fellows Road is horrible it's supposed to open up at 8:30 it's 9:00 and they still have not open no response from people working in the back horrible customer service no one should come to this post office now

While I was on the phone trying to speak to someone about getting prepaid mailing labels for a package I kept getting the AI woman instead of an actual person when I wanted to speak to an actual person on the phone so I just hung up after six times of trying to get an actual person on the phone
