“I’ve had two packages delivered to the wrong address. One did not have a USPS tracking and the other did. I first went to the Clay Street location but received no direction or insight. Then I visited the main branch on Odd Fellows Road still no guidance or insight but they mentioned that packages for my old zip code were directed to the Rivermont location. Finally, I went to the Rivermont Avenue location, where Susan was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
She was running the location by herself, yet still took the time to offer clear information instead of just shrugging and saying she couldn’t help. 10 stars to Susan and a BIG thank you!”
“There's little chance that the employees at this post office will every go postal, they're professional, friendly and efficient. Sometimes there's a long line, but it always moves quickly.”
“It is pretty similar to any other post office you can visit. The staff is a coin toss on being pleasant or burnt out, but the line moves faster at this one. They are opened past 5, which is very helpful and why I utilize this one.”
