Important check-in instructions:
You must park and walk into the office to check in.
Walk down the driveway toward the building. Go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, the office door will be on the right.
Enter the office, walk straight, then turn slightly left into the driver lounge. They will give you a paper to fill out.
After check-in, they will give you a slip like the one pictured. It will have your dock door number and instructions.
They will also tell you what truck you are behind. Make sure you ask for a good description of that truck, including:
- Truck number
- Company name
- Truck color
- Trailer number
You may have one or two trucks ahead of you. Talk to the drivers and ask what dock door they have. The drivers in line will help determine when it is your turn to get into the door.
Drivers must wait in the driver’s lounge while getting loaded. Do not wait in the truck once you are in the dock.
Very important: Read line 3 on the instruction sheet.
Pull off the property onto the road before you strap, close your doors, and slide your tandems.”

“Good place to pick up, forklift guys are polite and helpful. Check in with the Rude skinny lady in the office, and they will direct you to which building you have to go. Go downhill from the office building; there are 1-5 numbered buildings with docks. Report to the office of your respective number and park on the dock. After loading, go back to the main office, get your paperwork, and you are good to go. I hope this helps.”
