Xfinity has the worst customer service ever. There is literally no way to get in contact with people at a store. You can only call the Call Center and nobody knows what’s going on there. They called me several times a day every day trying to get me to activate my new phone and service, and then actually started charging my account for my phone before it was ever even delivered to me. The phone took nearly 2 weeks to get to me and they tried to start billing me for the account almost a week before I actually received it. And there’s no way to contact them to tell them that this is wrong.

Misleading company. Send out flyers to my community that they would have Internet, then a technician came out and said that no wiring had been put in place at all in the area. You should not state that you can provide service to an area that you haven't laid the groundwork for! Very disappointed!!

This provider is terrible. They raised my bill for no reason, expect people to beg them for multiple promotions unless you want sky high prices, are incredibly difficult to get ahold of when you need help and don't use native English speakers when assisting you. They charged me when lightning damaged the equipment I was renting, use confusing web design to prevent you from canceling auto pay, they even made me wait in line for thirty minutes to return the router i rented. If you can possibly go with glofiber, please do yourself a favor and go with them. It's night and day. Corporate greed and soulessness rule this company.

Very poor customer service. I regret changing from Visible to Now Mobile, I lost my number and spend a lot of money just to be kicked out intentionally from their service. Do not use Now or Xfinity cause you will be scammed.

I’m giving 3 stars because of Jessica. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. We were at Xfinity on Wards Rd in Lynchburg from 11:30 to 11:45am on Monday July 8, 2024.
Jessica was helping us. She was training a young skinny boy who looked to be from India.
Jessica was very helpful and courteous. She was the right person to be training the skinny young boy.
While we were there, a customer came to return a Xfinity cable box. The Xfinity employee who waited on him was rude. She had dark hair and a nose ring and was a bit heavy around the middle. I don’t know her name, so I will nickname her “Nosering”.
Nosering said she could have taken back the cable box but refused to do so and instead told the customer to take it to UPS.
After the customer left, Nosering commented to her coworkers that she could have taken the cable box, but she wasn’t going to fool with it.
I commented that she had provided terrible customer service. Two thumbs down.
Nosering then said customers are crazy and went to the back.
If I were in charge, I would fire Nosering and promote Jessica.
5 stars for Jessica and 0 stars for Nosering.

Received a card. About this coming to area soon, I will not want to deal with this company because while installing cable on street the. Workers scratched. My car anod noone s poke english was not able to move car cable. In drive way. What a mess .

First of all This Company XFINITY/COMCAST, doesn't deserve a half STAR, They deserve a Neg 2. I have been with this Backyard organization for almost 5 years because there is not another company in my area. So they have the Monopoly. When you call for help, If you are an Existing customer, you can never get a Live human, unless you tell the computer you want to add services, Yes you have to either call from a phone that is not attached to your account and lie and say you are a new customer and you get an agent in 15 seconds. I personally loose my Signal every day for sometimes 5 to 10 Minutes, Last Friday My Internet was down for aver 4 hours, Last night 6/24/2024 My internet was down for 12 Hours, Glo Fiber Is laying the Lines on Rt 24 as soon as they come to my road Xfinity will go Bye Bye. Good Luck if you use Xfinity.

I have been with them since 2019. The service was awesome then. Went downhill drastically. I pay too much for slow inconsistent service& I don't have three hours to sat on the chat with unprofessional agents. Xfinty you all need to improve.

I have went in this branch twice with great experiences. Jessica was wonderful to work with, very kind, knowledgeable and listened to my issues and went straight to the top to fix the issue. The assistant manager is great as well and helped us resolve the issue.
