“I'm two years new to Virginia. I'm also a retired auto tech. I wasn't impressed by two other shops. So I tried Sour's today for vehicle inspections on my wife's and I vehicles. Seamless. Great service and staff. I watched Tyler explain and show a customer why he needed a transmission. He also suggested the customer call the factory to check on any extended warranty due to the problem and current mileage. The diagnosis and care for the customer is all I needed. “A little late in reviewing, but it certainly doesn't diminish the level of service that this glass shop provided! Unlike most other reviews here that focus on auto windshields, I turned to Chris to replace the double-pane glass in one of our home's casement windows. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the timeliness in which it was replaced! We had guest coming & needed to get the window installed back as soon as we could (& it was winter!). Despite the fact that Chris had to special order the glass, the turn-around was still pretty darn quick. We appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and going the extra mile to get the job done. I've recommended Superior Glass to many others now & in fact, am calling today for another window! Don't go any where else!”

“Nothing but a quality custom paint job !!! I had the roof and hood painted and could not be happier.
They repaired a hole in the hood that neither of us knew was there until they went to strip it down. John fixed it with no extra charge. Also painted my wiper arms without me even asking.

“I was driving one day and saw the sign talking about AC repair and a few days later my AC was not working so great along with a few other things so I came in first thing Monday, left my car and I was good to go the next day. Dee Dee was super friendly, informative, and kept me updated via text which I love. I also had my headlights restored and they looks brand new. My detail guy, could not even get it done like Surratt’s did. When I picked up my car the technician even went in depth about what he did. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that makes you feel good about services rendered but Surratt’s has earned my business!”
