“My friend's car has been having a scary shudder. We went there for them to see if the transmission set any codes. I thought they'd only test it quick at idle, but they drove it too to get the live codes! There were no codes, thankfully! They did all that and didn't charge anything! And they're really nice people on top! It's nice to find an honest shop, especially one with this specialty! You can be assured if they tell you something's wrong, it is, and if they say nothing's wrong, likewise! I did a fluid change on her car with some extra TLC additives and I think it will end the shudder. It hadn't been changed in about 5 years and it was surely worn out. 😊”

Spyder’s was honest, they even tried to save me money by getting the piece from another used SUV. They have a great hometown feel and went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly. He also suggested the customer call the factory to check on any extended warranty due to the problem and current mileage. The diagnosis and care for the customer is all I needed.
