“They are pretty prompt with their service considering the amount of employees. I'm going to say Family owned. The gentleman who works at the front desk is easy to speak with and quick to handle your request.
They accept vehicles with or without titles. Vehicles without titles are a dollar less per ton than the ones with titles.
Usually it's a quick in and out scrap yard.”
“I had an emergency... the wiper died.. yes, died. I stopped in to get a replacement. The sales person, Parm, was exceptional. The manager was nice to allow his assistance. Parm not only advised me of the different choices in price and performance in wiper blades. He also checked my fluids. He recommended more wiper fluid. He recommended the Platinum Fluid... After pouring, we know it was almost out because of how much it took to fill the reservoir. THE PLATINUM FLUID IS AMAZING! He also recommended brake and power steering topoff, later. Even though the temperature was below freezing, he continued until the job was done. He also kept advising I should wait where it was warm. I declined. As I stated... EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING IN THIS AUTOZONE FOR YOUR NEEDS AND PROFESSIONAL Exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Stupidly got in an accident and needed to get work done without costing my life. Immediately after meeting Steve when getting the estimate, I decided to have the work done there. Dod awesome work and was reasonable on the cost. I hope I never get in an accident again, but Steve with Choice Collision is where I will go if I do. Best auto body shop in the Lynchburg Area. Also gave me recommendations for where to get some mechanical work done (I need to replace brakes and tires and get an alignment).”
