It was one level from what I could tell, although I did see that it said holiday decorations on the lower level. I didn't see any out, so maybe I missed the lower level? “Recently moved to Amherst and we needed a new mattress. We went there on a Saturday morning in October and were immediately greeted by several employees. They were friendly without being overbearing. We went duration to the mattresses and stayed trying them out. We found one we loved and they helped us check out and get set up for delivery. They told us it would be a week or two but to our surprise we were called on Thursday that it was in. Then they also surprised us to say that they don't have any delivery drivers so it would probably still be the next week. I don't understand why you'd call to tell us out was in but you have no way to get it to us but oh well. We had family in town on Saturday and we went and picked it up. The gentleman at the warehouse was very helpful and we had the best sleep we've had in over a year!”
