“I have been a patron of On Second Thought for over 5 years, and I have stumbled over incredible finds, both houseware and clothing. However, I have to express two critiques that have impacted my patronage. Firstly, I find the decision to not have a customer bathroom in the new location to be a significant issue. When your location is isolated and requires a car to access, a bathroom is a way to improve customers’ shopping experience. I have on numerous occasions had to cut shopping trips short or pass on items I was excited to buy as I needed to leave to go to the bathroom and wasn’t able to go back. Secondly, I have noted that almost every employee is dismissive and brusque. I have on many occasions felt as if they are resentful or angry at their customers and I have stopped consigning and instead just buy as I find the judgment I have experienced from those sorting through my items stressful. I love the offerings of your store, but the customer service and atmosphere elements could be improved.”
“I came in on two separate days and was helped by two different gentlemen Lem and Scott and they really made my experience quick, easy and enjoyable! The prices and quality were wonderful and I will definitely be coming back for any furniture needs!”

“We were looking for a Tempur Pedic store and we found this one, and we were very satisfied with the service and attention they gave us, without any type of pressure. A few days later we came back and bought the bed. The kindness with which we were treated at both times, during the purchase and delivery of the mattress, at no additional cost, was exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. One great store! Thank you for all your time answering all my 1000 questions… 🤭
