I purchased a storage unit at auction and had a fast and smooth experience. The gentleman in the office I believe his name was Todd (excuse me if the name isn't right, I'm horrible with names) was so helpful and kind. This is one of the best storage facilities I've dealt with the last 5 years of buying auctions. Customer service was top notch!

This review is for store 8686 in Madison heights Virginia. A gentleman by the name of Todd was not physically at that location when I needed to handle an issue with my account, but he left a phone number that he could personally be reached at on the door, which was amazing because I was able to speak to him personally. Instead of going through the entire process of calling corporate. He very quickly assisted and corrected the issue and exampled five star top-notch customer service! I highly recommend using this establishment to anybody who needs to rent a storage unit!
