“I'm SO glad I came across 1st Choice Motors. I've been looking for the 'right' vehicle for me to replace my very old Chevy Trailblazer for the past 4 years. Every time I thought I found 'the one' there was an issue, ie scammer used car lots, year/model weaknesses, high mileage, excessive interior wear, cigarette/weed smoke/artificial air freshener residual odors, etc. As I do my research (usually more knowledgeable that the salesperson about a given vehicle) and knew exactly what I wanted, I was told by several frustrated sales people that I'll never find what I want within my price range. 1st Choice helped me prove them all wrong!
Per usual, I had done my research and found 3 vehicles online that I wanted to go see/test drive. Car Max was the first stop which was a 90% yes. Next I went to 1st Choice. I had called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available, and when I arrived. Jesse was there to meet me. I wasn't 100% on this vehicle either, but Jesse was so helpful that he offered to just run numbers with me to see what else they might have. It was very LOW pressure. Then Eddie stepped into the room. I've never had a salesperson actually take that much time to ask me what I was looking for and why and truly listen before offering what I would really frame more as auto-financing consulting - rather than sales closing. I left there that day firmly on the fence about my car purchase in any direction. Over the weekend, I viewed and test drove a two more vehicles and put down money on 1 to hold it. I did not appreciate the pressure tactics this 'other' dealership put on me and wanted to see if something could be worked out at 1st Choice. So I emailed Jesse, 1st Choice was closed, but Jesse responded and said if I could come by on Monday, he'd re-evaluate things and have a game plan for us. Monday arrived and Jesse did not disappoint. He had several vehicles lined up that could work and a plan to test drive from one of their lots to another to view all the vehicles. I NEVER at any time felt frustration or impatience with my process to consider things and make the right decision for me. Jesse basically spent half his day riding around with me to take everything into account. In the end, I ended up with the initial vehicle I had contacted them about to begin with but again, never at any time did I feel like I was simply a customer and a 'numbers game' (ie how many 'no's do you get on average before a customer buys). I felt treated like a neighbor, a friend, where my relationship with them was valued.
On top of this, they had the best warranty options and supplemental services for oil changes, and inspections.
There are so many fine points of what Eddie & Jesse did right that sold me 100 times over on buying from them, for example, in the beginning, I told Jesse that I preferred to be contacted by email. No business in my experience EVER has respected that with out several reminders and having to reply STOP to messages. I never had to say another word to Jesse about that. He always emailed me until Monday when he needed to send me a photo of my new Jeep with the bow on top! Truly top notch service, white-glove all the way. AND I LOVE MY JEEP! Just drove down to NC and back and it's just the PERFECT vehicle for me. Super happy with 1st Choice, Jesse, and Eddie and I totally recommend them. Thanks guys! Will be seein' ya!”
