I have been a customer at Wells Fargo since 2005 when it was still Wachovia. Good bank with helpful and courteous employees.

We recently had some financial hoops to jump through from my husband's parents' estate (that was over 10 years old). Nobody was able to help us until we went to Wells Fargo. Awesome customer service! They went the extra mile to help us solve the problem!
