“Great personal service, all of the banks have a nice atmosphere, and nice people who knew us after our second visit to our home bank in Madison Heights. Our old bank told us we wouldn't be treated as well there as with them- but we were treated so much better! Recommend highly!”

While they were not able to help they gave us to Lois Tyree who was such a huge help! She took her time and didnt rush to solve the problem. She literally was the last one out of the bank! We even had a quick talk about the weather before we parted ways. I can thank her enough for helping because literally every customer service rep on the phone was absolutely horrible!”
