Adwoa is amazing! I have a compound and my insurance is a nightmare to try to get reimbursement. Adwoa is super patient and has gone above and beyond in providing the information my insurance requests. There is always a real person who answers the phone (unlike major retailers) and they are all friendly and helpful!
