Customer service is good and wait times inside are reasonably fast.When I previously had a question about an account they were helpful and prompt.

Understaffed, most likely due to COVID, won't answer phone as it rings and rings and no answering machine or automated system, doors often locked even during business hours unless you have an appointment otherwise you have to tell them if you need to get into the branch such as for your safety deposit box at the drive thru... read full comment
