I can’t wait for the AI to replace pharmacists. I like how the pharmacy lunch hours always change. They don’t post it on here, they just assume we all know. Super convenient. I love wasting gas time and money driving there only to be spoken down to.

Waited 40 minutes past appointment time for a flu shot, how ridiculous

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve encountered in my 50 years of picking up prescriptions. They’re rude, lazy, unprofessional and lack basic respect for military personnel and cvs customers in general. I hope CVS cleans house and starts fresh. Total embarrassment to the cvs brand. I’ll never come back.

I have very significant concerns about this pharmacy. I'll spare the details, but I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Slow service. One register open with multiple customers and at least 4 people working that won't help customers in line

Made an online purchase and by the time I went to pick it up it was cancelled. So disappointed.

The pharmacy here has established, ongoing issues. Staff seem exceptionally overworked and can be rude on occasion. When you call to fill a prescription that has to be done manually (doctor sends over in 3-month increments) they will routinely put you on hold, then hang up. It's been this way for years...

I come to this CVS all the time. I came in to buy lighters for a gift basket and the store manager or clerk Bouziane, however you spell his name is completely disrespectful. He asked me if I needed help, I said yes, I need about four lighters. He asked if I was under aged, I said no, I need four lighters, which are locked for associates assistance and he needed to open them. Instead of opening, he walks away and helps someone else. I approach him saying, why would you walk away and not help me. His response was "are you okay in a condescending tone." I replied, Im fine, the point is I obviously needed your help and you walked away." He said "you see i'm helping people." People he started helping after he didn't help me. Why not help me while you're standing there, then go help someone else, makes no sense. He told me dont come back. He's saying all these things in front of other customers. Why is he in customer service is he doesn't help and is rude? I will be calling corporate. He's got to go.

The worst pharmacy. Pharmacists are incredibly slow and get things incorrect, customer service is non existent. If you ask where something is you're lucky to get a grunt or a point to the aisle, but usually the information is wrong.

Checkout member Kristen was especially welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient & helpful; made a point to ensure I received all the discount coupons I was entitled to. Her helpful, cheerful manner made my day. Also, this CVS store is well-stocked, very clean, a pleasure to shop there.

I have loved CVS for quite some time but my recent experience at store Ashland Community Square Manassas Va has changed my view. I went in to exchange because a shipped item and pickup item I ordered were wrong. I went to the Ashland CVS for an exchange and the person on duty told me CVS doesn't do exchanges. I told her that's not true because I have exchanged before when an item received was incorrect. There was a clear racial thing going on because I am a woman of color it doesn't have to be spoken microagression can be felt. She also told me that no CVS does exchanges and if I wanted to exchange anything go back to the store I purchased the 2 items. I told her I didn't want to lose my rewards with a return and she snapped you are just going to have to. As I turned to leave the store I decided I was no longer going to shop at CVS and a refund would be sufficient after how she treated me it was enough. She started the return for one item and said did you open this? I said to her why would I open it and try to return it? It was clear to the naked eye the item was unopened. I was being interrogated over 10 dollar?! The second item which was my store pickup item she scanned the receipt from my phone and in a rude tone I cant return this its not om your receipt. I told her of course its not I told you my pickup item was a totally different item I ordered. I showed the item I ordered on the receipt. I started to get really upset this experience was too much I just wanted to exhange. She completed the transaction and I do mean the transaction because when I woke up the next day looking over the so called refund she actually charged me. I was super angry by now and I went back to the store and the associate on duty gave me a refund and said she didn't understand because CVS does exchange items given to customers incorrectly. For her to charge me instead of refund me was fraudulent because I no longer had the purchase. I have an open complaint with CVS customer relations. I am not holding my breath on recourse but this behavior has to be outed.
Again the covert racism was felt and by the treatment I experienced at your store. This associate should be removed from working with your company.

This CVS in the Ashland community is the worst. Not sure why I continue to go back. There is always a problem and nobody ever seems happy to be working there! On top of that they need to get their drive thru old phone system updated. You can barely hear them and I complain everytime! Step your game up CVS!!!!
