I had an appointment for Flu Shots at this location, went there 5 minutes before time to make sure i check in right on time, Told the pharmacist, (old age guy) that i have an appointment, he said did you check in? i said i don't know how to do it. He went to computer and asked my last name and i told him, but without even entering my name is the computer and in 1 second he said your name is not there. Then he said appointment has cancelled, you should have received an email, i told him i did not receive email. He didn't say anything. And his behavior was rude too, i'm never coming there.

As a regular and loyal customer I am always preferred this CVs store because their staff they have very nice attitude and maner .Specialy thanks one of the cashier and customer relationship associate Mis Noor she always giving me help and she always giving information regarding care pass and new benifits.

Scheduled a test on line and ended up in a circular driveway of incompetence. Pharmacy was very unhelpful and ineffective. They could not perform the the test because the proverbial "system won't work" , told me to go to corporate. Since I had paid for the test, I asked for a refund. Again, they said go to corporate. I spoke with 6 people at corporate to have them transfer me back to the store pharmacy. They still don't have an answer after explaining myself 7 times. I would not waste my time with this disfucntional store or their corporate managers.

Do not let these people in the pharmacy handle your prescription. Their customer service is obesmole. I swear they are pulling randoms off the street to work the pharmacy. The little smart as× afghan girl who worked July 20 @10;20 am should be fired for her attitude problem.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Can barley hear people on the phone and they get an attitude or hang up when you say it's hard to hear them. They never have the medicine I need in stock and refuse to assist, they make you call around to see what other stores have it in stock. Drive through services are slow and inside the store is no better. Looking at the other negative comments i'm not alone. If people didn't need their medicine to live i'm sure this place would have shut down long ago.

I abandoned this pharmacy due to awful customer service and at the expense of all other CVS pharmacies. Got tired of begging for help from a pharmacist. Safeway has delivered professionalism straight up.

Terrible place. They do not believe in customer service. Pharmacy closes each day for lunch so their staff can go to lunch together instead of staggering lunches and providing service throughout the day. Took over a week to receive my prescription. Good thing it wasn't my blood pressure medicine or insulin.

Wish I also could have rated this CVS a zero! By far, the worst pharmacy ever!! I have struggled for over a year with this pharmacy and finally ended it. My official rating is a 'Big Fat Zero'!!!

Worst cvs i could ever been!! Pharmacy employees are very rude starting wirh a black guy who apparently is the boss...there is also a young lady who doesnt have any manners to treat people..it looks like she doesnt like to answer questions...

40 minute wait hold time to get a live agent, female voice answered 'hello' and not 2-3 seconds later... 'click'. Waste of time trying to call this place, sorry if you don't want or don't have the affordances to wait in person at the location but don't expect any decent level of service by calling in... Try Walmart...

I haven't been able to receive my medication for weeks with no communication with me or my doctor or explanation as to why. After over 20 minutes on hold, pharmacist was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. This is peoples HEALTH your dealing with. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Would give less than one star if possible. Was on hold for 45 mins, a woman answered and then hung up. Went in to the pharmacy and female employees were complaining about customers instead of helping them. Arguments about how they're "understaffed" and laughing about the fact they "have to do training" just answer the phone lol... dumbest location. Lady behind me said the same thing. ?♀️

Horrible. You never can get through to someone bc you are put on hold for extremely long periods of times (1+ hours). Once they actually do answer, their customer service is usually poor.
