Lotfy was very helpful and personable. He helped us make decisions on sizing and style and feel confident about our choice. We are very happy with his service to us and with the options offered in the store. Lotfy is much more of a jeweler than a salesman, which makes him very pleasant to work with.

Leo was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a wedding ring and getting an antique wedding ring sized. A chain jewelry store was going to take two weeks to size the ring that Leo can do in a couple of days.
