“I called the Gabe’s store in Manassas to ask about an item, since I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didn’t want to make the trip without knowing if it was in stock. Although they don’t have a live inventory system. Your associate Grace took my call and went above and beyond—she personally checked the floor, found a similar item, and even sent me a photo from her own phone so I could confirm whether that was the item.
I truly wasn’t expecting that level of care. She followed through exactly as she said she would, and her willingness to help made a big impression on me. This is the kind of customer service you don’t come across often anymore.
I hope her management recognizes her for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful.

“This place is very convenient and has a lot of different snacks, from flaming hot chips that are harder to find, to the classics. They also have a good variety of bottled and canned drinks for $1, or chocolate, candy and gum.This place is widely stocked with a bunch of other things like clothes, leggings, pants, bags, and household items. Definitely recommend checking them out!Friendly, nice older man at cashier. Support local over big chains and give them a visit!”
“Awesome customer service here. I started working in the area about 3 years ago, and this store was rough. Went in this afternoon and it looks immaculate in comparison. On the way out, I spoke to Michael about trading cards, who was super helpful and a great dude overall. Also want to mention Walter who was equally helpful and a pleasure to speak with. “Great store to grab household items. They have a lot of seasonal decorations too. This place is great for cleaning supplies, snacks etc. They were limited on toilet paper when I went today. They open up at 8:00 a.m.”
“I just walked out of this Dollar Tree with the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dollar Tree before! First of all the store was well organized, and well stocked. When I went to check out the gentleman who checked me out was super friendly and efficient. He quickly scanned all my items, and then realize that on one of them the package was slightly open. Immediately he went and got me a new one without being asked. When I thanked him he said “my pleasure”… wow! I’ve never heard that from anybody at a store like this before. Usually, they won’t even talk to you or make eye contact. Note to management: hang onto this guy as long as you can! He’s a gem. Nice job.”
