“I called the Gabe’s store in Manassas to ask about an item, since I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didn’t want to make the trip without knowing if it was in stock. Although they don’t have a live inventory system. Your associate Grace took my call and went above and beyond—she personally checked the floor, found a similar item, and even sent me a photo from her own phone so I could confirm whether that was the item.
I truly wasn’t expecting that level of care. She followed through exactly as she said she would, and her willingness to help made a big impression on me. This is the kind of customer service you don’t come across often anymore.
I hope her management recognizes her for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful.

“This place is very convenient and has a lot of different snacks, from flaming hot chips that are harder to find, to the classics. They also have a good variety of bottled and canned drinks for $1, or chocolate, candy and gum.This place is widely stocked with a bunch of other things like clothes, leggings, pants, bags, and household items. Definitely recommend checking them out!Friendly, nice older man at cashier. Support local over big chains and give them a visit!”

“Awesome customer service here. I started working in the area about 3 years ago, and this store was rough. Went in this afternoon and it looks immaculate in comparison. On the way out, I spoke to Michael about trading cards, who was super helpful and a great dude overall. Also want to mention Walter who was equally helpful and a pleasure to speak with.
